4 terroirs, 13 grape varieties and Mistral wind are the three great assets of the appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape. For the elaboration of our 2022 vintage, we have selected grapes from more than 40 differents parcels, located on the coolest terroirs of the appellation.

Tasting NotesThe nose develops aromas of white flowers, vine peach and apricot. Clear and lively palate with good persistence sustained by a slight salinity.

PairingGrilled chicken with soy sauce. Shrimp Toast with dill and lemon. Avocado and mango tartar.

CellaringRoussanne and Picpoul fermented in oak barrels for 6 months. Clairette and white Grenache fermented at low temperature to preserve their minerality. Aged in concrete vats and stainless steel tanks for the majority of the blend.
